Mark Nokes F.M.A.A.T F.C.C.A

Mark is the senior partner and founder of the firm. Mark first started the firm with the trading name of The Mobile Accountant. At the time he was working from an office at home and seeing nearly all clients at their premises.

Mark has a wealth of experience within practice working in a number of local practices after qualifying before starting his own business.

As the business rapidly expanded he moved his office to Rainham.

Mark deals with all areas of tax and is especially knowledgeable in dealing with larger clients within the construction industry.

Kevin Sewell - A.C.C.A

Kevin joined Mark when he moved to premises as Rainham and was part-qualified having worked for Ernst & Young. Kevin has since qualified and become a Partner within the firm.

Kevin deals with all areas of tax in particular with CIS Tax Returns.

Sue Nokes

Sue is a qualified book keeper but is predominantly responsible for the payroll services we offer our clients on weekly or monthly basis, and together with Sue deals with over 180 per month.

Susan Sewell

Sue orginally joined the firm on 2 days a week doing general admin duties. This over a year steadily increased to 4 days per week as the business expanded and Mark and Kevin become ever more reliant on Sue to keep the office running smoothly. She is 'front of house' and normally the first voice you will hear at the end of the phone.

Dan Dury

Dan joined the firm in 2011 direct from college having obtained strong A level results and has gone straight in to studying for his AAT qualification.

Tom Fisher

Dan joined the firm in 2011 after gaining experience in some other local accountancy practices, having joined Nokes & Co on a permanent basis he is now also studying for his AAT.
